Gill Berry, Queens Office of the University Registrar

Sometimes I am surprised to see myself involved with this campaign. But I wouldn’t miss it for the world. We all have our separate stories of why we have taken this route, but I know that we can pull together to become one voice.
Queen’s is a good place to work. And staff want to keep it that way. But there is no denying that universities are changing how they deal with employees and are becoming more ‘corporate’ in their approach.

It is time that we, as hard-working Queen’s staff, make a positive change in the way we interact with the administration. We deserve a responsible, enforceable, and recognized process to represent our interests.

This will be our union, our collective agreement. So, be a part of this campaign and pitch in to build a real voice for Queen’s staff.
